Kristin grew up in a family deeply rooted in the Raleigh community. For more than 30 years, her Aunt Pam has owned Pam's Farmhouse, a local restaurant known for its hospitality and commitment to serving others. Alongside Grandma Peggy, Mom Tammy, and Aunt Stephanie, the family built a business where customers are treated like family and relationships come first. Growing up in that environment taught Kristin the importance of showing up, honoring your word, working hard, and always putting people first.
Mark was raised in Durham, where entrepreneurship and service were a part of everyday life. His family owned and operated a local electrical company, and his mother dedicated her career to education as a teacher. Through their example, he learned the value of craftsmanship, accountability, problem-solving, and serving the community with pride.
Although our backgrounds are different, the lessons learned are the same: treat people right, stand behind your work, and build relationships that last.
